Tony Revell and Chris Archer were representing the team off road  and James Meakin had more great results on the track.

Off Road

Chris Archer was out at the Southern Enduro 'Mash-Up' race and won his category. The 'mash-up' race is an open format, where riders ride a loop as many times as they want. Best two times of each stage count to a cumulative total. Chris put in a great effort to win the vets category by 40 seconds.

Tony Revell was out again at the weekend to claim 3rd place at the New Forest XC in Avon Tyrell. In Tony's own words:

"Some proper muddy fun today racing The New Forest XC at Avon Tyrell. As if just racing in slippery, muddy, rooty, wet conditions wasn’t enough and being the sucker for punishment I am I decided to enter the XC race on my Fat Bike! Thankfully the rain had calmed for race time but the damage had been done leaving some sections on the course looking more like a river. As always full gas from the gun but soon as we got to the first fast flat section the slippery old racing snake that is @hoppymerida got by and began to get away as I was bouncing away on the tractor tyres. It was at this point I realised I was going to have my work cut out to hang with the xc bikes for the next 2 or so hours! A couple laps in and I was like Bambi on ice slip-sliding across the mud along with plenty lay downs along the way even managed get my ass zapped on an electric fence whilst trying to repair my broken shoe! The zap must have got my ass back in to gear as I began to work my way back up the field in the hunt for the podium positions. It came down to a sprint finish for second as I went full gas up the final straight trying to sneak up on a napping @horton711 but there was no hiding the thundering fat boy coming up the hill! Going across the line in 3rd with a smile from ear to ear from what was a great fun bit of grass roots local winter racing! Big thanks to the organisers and volunteers for putting on a great event with a great atmosphere and congrats to everyone that braved the mud and rain to race there bikes."
